Why Players Come First
Many gaming sites treat visitors as rows in a report. On our Rainbet platform, we took the opposite route from day one and decided to listen before setting any rules. Each player arrives with a history, habits and hopes of their own, and our work starts exactly where those expectations meet what we can deliver.
Advertising budgets cannot buy trust, it has to be earned through actions. So we talk openly about the things we got wrong, test new features alongside the people who will use them and see criticism as a chance to fix something rather than an attack. Instead of hiding behind a logo, we prefer to sit on the same side of the table as our players.
The Team Behind the Screens
People often assume a site like ours runs on autopilot, and we always find that amusing. Every tournament, promotion and line of code has a real person behind it, someone with a name, an opinion and a clear sense of accountability.
Meet the team:
- Sophie Baumann: Head of Player Support, who replies to player messages herself and trains every new support agent.
- Marc Steiner: Quality Assurance Lead, who checks each new feature before it goes live.
- Luca Meier: Chief Technology Officer, in charge of the platform’s infrastructure and the protection of player data.
- Elena Vogt: Partnerships and Social Impact Lead, who runs the yearly “Play with Purpose” initiative.
- Jonas Keller: Responsible Gaming Analyst, who designed the session-time reminders players see during play.
We are not a faceless corporation. Our staff come from different countries and share one view: gaming can be smart, honest and worth the time people spend on it.
Beyond the Games: Social Responsibility
For us, running a business and caring about society are not separate tasks. Since 2023 we have backed the Pro Mente Sana Foundation, which supports people dealing with mental health problems and addiction, and we work with the Swiss Esports Federation to fund grants and digital wellbeing workshops for young esports players.
These projects do not stay outside the office. Each quarter our team holds open talks on mental health, and we also run blood donation days and volunteer at local shelters. Every staff member can pick a social cause, and part of their department’s profit goes to it.
In our view, responsibility begins with awareness, not with bans. This is why many players take part in the same projects as our staff, from charity tournaments to local fundraising campaigns.
What We Stand For
Becoming one more gaming site among hundreds has never been the plan. We want to put the human side back into play: we explain how things work instead of tempting people with promises, publish odds openly instead of burying them, and compete on quality rather than volume.
Technology is a means for us, not the end goal. We use it for protection, clarity and peace of mind: our algorithms track more than wins, they also watch for signs of unhealthy play and help people keep gaming in proportion to the rest of their lives.
We are not the fastest or the loudest name out there, and we still have plenty to improve. What we can promise is honesty, and if even one player feels listened to here, all the work behind this project has paid off.
